1. Who we are

Ordrili is a digital ordering platform operated by Nadir K., Mascara, Algeria. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@ordrili.com.

2. What we collect

• Restaurant owners: Business name, owner name, phone number, city, email address, and business type — collected when you request early access.
• Catch app users: Email address — collected to verify and deliver the APK download link.
• End customers: Order details (items, quantities, table number) — collected during the ordering session. No account is required.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to operate and improve the Ordrili service — to contact you about your access request, deliver software downloads, and process orders. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

Access request data is retained for up to 24 months or until you ask us to delete it. Order data is retained for the period required by Algerian commercial law (generally 10 years), then securely deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@ordrili.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Ordrili after changes constitutes acceptance.
