1. Acceptance
By using Ordrili — including this website, the Catch app, or any ordering tablet — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. The service
Ordrili provides a digital ordering platform for restaurants, cafés, and similar food businesses. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business operations.
3. Restaurant owner responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, and business information. You must not use Ordrili for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other users or Ordrili's reputation.
4. Early access
During the early access period, Ordrili is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce pricing at any time with at least 30 days' notice to active users.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and software on the Ordrili platform are owned by Nadir K. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordrili is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue or data loss.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Ordrili at any time if you breach these terms. You may terminate your use at any time by contacting us.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mascara, Algeria.
