Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Ordrili is currently in beta. This policy describes how we work today; it will become more detailed as the service and our business grow.
1. Who we are
Ordrili is a restaurant ordering platform operated by Mohammed Nadir Kerroum, a self-employed entrepreneur (auto-entrepreneur) based in Mascara, Algeria (“Ordrili”, “we”, “us”).
For any question about this policy, write to hello@ordrili.app.
2. Who is responsible for what
Restaurants, cafés and other businesses use Ordrili to take and manage their orders. Each restaurant decides how it uses Ordrili and is responsible for the information about its own guests. For that information, Ordrili acts on the restaurant’s behalf and only follows its instructions.
For the information about restaurant owners, staff accounts and visitors of this website, Ordrili is responsible.
3. What we collect
Restaurant owners and staff:
- Name, email address, phone number, city and business details given when registering.
- Account and sign-in information: role, permissions, and the date, device type and IP address of sign-ins. Passwords are stored in a protected form we cannot read.
- Menu content: dishes, prices, costs, descriptions and photos.
Guests of a restaurant (collected for the restaurant):
- What they order, the table and seat, the order number and its status.
- When given: the name on the order, a phone number and delivery places.
- Guests never need an account to order.
Callers (with the Ordrili Catch app): calls are never recorded. Catch only passes the caller’s phone number to the restaurant’s order screen; the number is kept only if an order is made with it.
Devices: the name and type of each tablet, kiosk, screen or Hub computer, when it connects, and an alert when a device leaves the Ordrili app.
Website visitors: the details you enter in the request form, and a cookie remembering your language. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
4. How we use it
- To run the service: send orders to the kitchen, show their status, print tickets and calculate totals and profit.
- To manage accounts, trials, plans and payments.
- To send service emails: account approval, password reset and reminders before a trial or paid period ends.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To give tips on menu photo quality.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service safe.
- To find and fix errors and improve the service.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We never sell personal information and never use it for advertising.
5. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Ordrili: hosting and databases, photo storage, email delivery, network protection, and error monitoring. They only process information to provide their service to us.
Menu photos are sent to an artificial-intelligence provider that checks their quality (for example, too dark or blurry). Only the photo is sent — never guest or order information.
Some of these providers operate outside Algeria. We choose providers that protect information appropriately.
6. Information on your Hub computer
If you use Ordrili Hub, a copy of your restaurant’s information is kept on a computer in your restaurant so service continues during internet cuts, then synchronised with Ordrili. You are responsible for who can physically access that computer.
7. Support access
To help you, our support team may sign in to a staff account of your restaurant. While this happens, a clear banner is shown on screen, and every support session is recorded. We only do this to help you or to keep the service safe.
8. Cookies and storage on your device
- This website: one cookie remembering your language, for up to one year.
- The Ordrili app: your browser or device stores what keeps you signed in and keeps each device connected.
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
9. How long we keep information
- While your account is active, we keep your information so the service works.
- After an account is closed, we keep its information for 12 months, so you can come back and find everything as you left it. After that, it is deleted or made anonymous.
- Guests’ information follows the restaurant’s account.
- Request-form details are kept for up to 24 months, or less if you ask.
- Payment records are kept as long as Algerian law requires.
- Backup copies may keep information for a short time after deletion.
10. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to some uses. Write to hello@ordrili.app and we will answer within 30 days.
Guests should first contact the restaurant they ordered from, since it is responsible for their information. If you write to us, we will pass your request to the restaurant.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; if a problem affects your information, we will tell you without undue delay.
12. Children
Ordrili is a service for businesses and is not meant for people under 18. Guests ordering in a restaurant do so under that restaurant’s responsibility.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell restaurants about important changes by email or on their dashboard.
