Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Mohammed Nadir Kerroum, a self-employed entrepreneur (auto-entrepreneur) based in Mascara, Algeria, who operates Ordrili. By creating an account or using Ordrili, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Ordrili.
2. Beta version
Ordrili is currently in beta. This means:
- The service is still being improved: features may change, be added or be removed.
- Errors or interruptions may happen more often than in a finished product.
- These terms and our Privacy Policy reflect this early stage and will be completed as Ordrili grows, including when it becomes a registered company.
- During the beta, Ordrili is provided “as is”, and our responsibility is limited as described in these terms.
3. The service
Ordrili is an ordering and management platform for restaurants, cafés and other food businesses: staff screens, guest tablets and kiosks, queue screens, phone orders, payments tracking, profit reports, and the Ordrili Catch, Hub and Spot apps. We give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it for your own business.
4. Your account
- Registrations are reviewed; we may accept or refuse any registration.
- The information you give must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Each account is for one business.
- Keep passwords private. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your staff accounts.
5. Trials
When your registration is accepted, you get a free trial period. You can also try add-ons for free. When a trial ends, the features it covered stop unless you pay for them.
6. Plans, prices and payment
Prices are given to you before you pay. Payments are currently made in cash; other methods may be added later. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; a new price applies from your next paid period.
Before a trial or a paid period ends, we remind you by email and on your dashboard 14 days, 5 days and 48 hours before, so you can decide in time.
7. No refunds
Because trials let you test Ordrili and its add-ons before paying, payments are final and non-refundable once made, including payments for add-ons — except where the law requires otherwise.
8. When a period ends unpaid
If a paid period or trial ends without payment, the related features are paused after a short grace period. Your information is kept as described in our Privacy Policy, and everything comes back when you pay.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use Ordrili for anything illegal, upload content you have no right to use, try to access other accounts or break the service, resell it without our written permission, or harm other users or Ordrili.
10. Your content
Your menus, prices, descriptions and photos remain yours. You allow us to store and display them only to provide the service. You are responsible for them being accurate, lawful and yours to use — including prices, ingredients and allergen information.
11. Your guests’ information
You are responsible for the information about your guests and for telling them how you use it. We process it only on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Photo check
The automatic photo check only gives advice. It can be wrong, it never hides your photos, and you decide what to publish.
13. Availability and changes
We work to keep Ordrili available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, for example during maintenance or outages of our providers. We may improve, change or remove features; we will tell you in advance about important changes.
14. Ordrili Hub and offline use
Ordrili Hub keeps your restaurant running during internet cuts. It must connect to the internet regularly to stay active; if it stays offline for too long, it may pause until it reconnects.
15. Equipment and other services
You provide and maintain your own devices, printers, screens, phones and internet connection. We are not responsible for their faults or for services provided by others.
16. Support access
You allow our support team to sign in to your restaurant’s staff accounts when needed to help you or to keep the service safe. A banner is shown during these sessions and they are recorded.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Ordrili and ask to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other users at risk — with notice when possible.
18. Your information when you leave
Before closing your account, the restaurant’s account owner can ask us for a copy of the restaurant’s information; we hand it over on request only. After closure, it is kept for 12 months so you can come back, then deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
19. Intellectual property
The Ordrili software, name, logo and design belong to Mohammed Nadir Kerroum. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.
20. Limitation of liability
Ordrili is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost profit or lost data, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. You agree to cover us against claims caused by your content or by your breach of these terms.
21. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as power or internet cuts, natural disasters, or outages of our providers.
22. Case-by-case decisions
Some situations are not covered by these terms. In those cases, our support team reviews the situation and may apply additional rules that fit the case; we will tell you which rules apply and why.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about important changes in advance by email or on your dashboard. Continuing to use Ordrili after that means you accept them.
24. Languages
These terms are available in English, Arabic and French. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, then the Arabic, then the French.
25. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; if that fails, the courts of Mascara, Algeria, will be competent.
